SET UP CHARGES
Initial orders are subject to a one time set up fee for the computer program that
guides the embroidery machines. This process of converting your logo/artwork into
stitches is called “digitizing”. You can e-mail or fax your design to us and we
will provide you with a quote via e-mail or fax within two business days. Maximum
of 7 colors in a design.
The digitized programs run from $50 to $250 depending on the size and complexity
of the design. Once the program is created, we keep it on file for your re-orders.
You may also request a copy of it. If emailing, please provide art as a jpg, tif or
pdf. No eps files please.
PRICING
The way we price is the garment cost plus the embroidery charge. Please check the
garment catalog for garment prices such as polo shirts,
jackets, caps, shorts, bags, blankets.

STOCK LETTERING
If you only want to put your name or company name on a garment and don’t want to
go to the expense of digitizing a custom logo, we offer three font styles from
which to choose. For company/team names there would be a $25 set up fee and the
embroidery prices are as on the chart above.
For individual names there is no set up fee and the charges are, regardless of
quantities of garments, 6$ for first names, $9 for first and last names.
STOCK LOGOS FOR TEAMS/UNIFORMS
We can incorporate your team name with one of our stock sport designs. Set-up
charge of $30. Embroidery charges as on the chart above.
EMBLEM PRICES
Please ask for a custom quote. Emblems are priced by the percentage of material to be
embroidered. Average 4 weeks for delivery. Add 20% for rush service if less than 4 weeks.
Minimum order 50 pieces of identical design and up to 9 colors allowed.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING
If you are unable to pick up your order, we use UPS for shipments within Oahu and
Fed Ex for shipments to the outer islands or mainland USA. We can provide an
estimate of shipping costs once we know the number of garments you will be
ordering.
